Contacts vs. Users
- OnCore Contacts are individuals/staff who DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to OnCore but can be associated with protocols and subjects in OnCore.
- OnCore Users are individuals/staff who DO HAVE ACCESS to OnCore and can view/update OnCore records in accordance with their given roles and permissions.
Create an OnCore Contact
- To create or update a contact, please complete the OnCore Contact Request form.
Request a New OnCore User Account
- Before the request is submitted for an OnCore User Account, the new user must complete the online IRB803: IRB Training (with HIPAA) course PLUS the required training curriculum listed here.
- Once you have completed the necessary training curriculum, you may now request access by completing the OnCore Access Request form, including obtaining an authorization signature from your supervisor and uploading the OnCore Training Completion Certificate(s) from the training curriculum(s) you are requesting.
Update an Existing OnCore User Account
- Before the request is submitted for an update to an existing OnCore User Account, the user must complete the necessary training for any new roles being requested. The required training curriculum is listed here.
- Once you have completed the necessary training curriculum, you may now request updated access by completing the OnCore Access Request form, including obtaining an authorization signature from your supervisor and uploading the OnCore Training Completion Certificate(s) from the training curriculum(s) you are requesting.
