Research Space Management ensures that space is allocated fairly and utilized optimally, based on program quality, institutional goals, mission alignment, demonstrated need, and sponsored research support.

Centralized core facilities provide shared services, equipment, resources, and expertise to biomedical researchers on a fee-for-service basis. Supporting these efforts, UF’s Facilities Services – Operations, with over 325 dedicated staff, maintains and preserves university assets and grounds, ensuring high-quality facilities and infrastructure that enhance the functionality and longevity of UF’s research environment.
