COMRA
The COMRA (College of Medicine Research Administrators) mailing list is designated for College of Medicine staff involved in research administration. The Office of Research sends monthly updates, policy changes, and important reminders to keep the research administration community informed.

Microsoft Teams

The COM RA Resources Teams group is designed to facilitate collaboration and resource sharing among research administrators within the College of Medicine.

  • Subscribe to Notifications (Optional): After joining, you can adjust your notification settings by clicking the three dots () next to the channel name and selecting Channel notifications to stay updated on the latest discussions and shared resources.

Listserv Subscription Instructions

To subscribe and unsubscribe from a mailing list, you can use one of the following methods:

  1. Via the UF Mailing List Manager:
    • If working remotely: Sign into the VPN in order to access the website below.
    • Click on the following link: UF Mailing List Manager.
    • To Subscribe:
      • Login to the website and select the hyperlink: LISTS.UFL.EDU
      • Search for the Listserv name using the search function or select the name of the list in the hyperlinked list tables.
      • Once you have found the listserv select ‘Subscribe.’
    • To Unsubscribe:
      • Login to the website and select ‘Subscriber’s Corner’ to see a complete list of the listservs you are subscribed to
      • Select the mailing list you wish to unsubscribe from and then select ‘Unsubscribe’
  2. Via Email:
    • Send an email to: listserv@lists.ufl.edu
    • To subscribe – In the body of the email, write the following: subscribe [Mailing List Name] [Your First Name] [Your Last Name] e.g.: subscribe UF-RESEARCH-COOPERATIVE-L Jane Doe
